Worth having NXless Evan?

Hi Basil, I have recently decided to take a braek from my Aran, so I decided to continue my Evan. Also, I'm planning to make it my 2nd main after BB, or at least level it so 70+. But I wanted to know, is it worth having a NXless Evan? MG is a big problem, and I can't MTS things because I don't have anything good to MTS. So, yes or no? I am not making a "Continue your Aran" option because I will, and please don't make this and Aran vs. Evan thread. Have a nice day.

Naw bro, you need the nx for different skills like critical and stuff, not only mg. Mg is a big skill anyway. Go for and non nx character instead like another mage or warrior or something.

You need just about all of the books. Don't continue if you have no NX.

Crit and booster are important but MG is REALLY important. I'm putting off maxing crit and booster until NX comes to Aus. But MG...you really have to max that right away.

You can easily get to level 70 without spending nx on books.

If you don't get the Cash Shop books, your Evan will most likely FAIL . You won't have maxed magic guard, magic booster, critical magic, and critical booster. Evan's are the first mages with critical, so take advantage of that. Plus, they need magic guard.

Is it possible? Yes. Is it a good idea? No. Crit and boost are pretty important, and very useful. However, missing MG isn't an option. That's like making a DK and going "Meh, I don't need HB." Can you still play without it? Yes. Does it put you at a HUGE disadvantage? Yes, yes, and YES.
