Should I quit my evan?

My evan is level 131 and has 24% int. In total he has aprox. 1100 magic. I'm wondering whether i should start a new character or not. Thanks

every website says that evans have terrible dps and that they are one of the worst classes etc... .

Dude no. Dont listen to people. Evans are one of the coolest classes imo, there arent alot of them and they have alot of nice skills.
