Why do Accuracy equips sell so high

I recently made posts of my lv 110 Dragon Knight with 70 Base Dex, I made a post asking people if i should restart majority said yes, so i did and now 2 weeks later i have a lv 48 Spearman i have 49mill and my zakum Helm set for 50 What im asking is why do Accuracy equips sell for so much money? Don't people no BB is coming so the prices should be lower not 4mill for 12 acc earings. Well i don't mean to be a bother but its hard not hitting monsters when your dexless Thanks for all the replies

Well you might not miss as much in BB but lets say you use lucky seven and hit 2k 2k. If you miss one of those then that's already halving your damage.

I Love the way people think the can have 10 accuracy once BB patch comes out and they think they gonna be hitting stuff. Accuracy isnt the most important stat out there, but its extremely needed especially for Dexless Spearman. You wont be able to hit monsters above your level if you have to little and since spearman dont need dex ATT ALL ( maybe for a arcglaive or a Taru cape ) you honestly dont need dex and are well better having Speed and STR, then again people tend to say STR is way to expensive but i for one dont consider that true.

Ok, even if you have low acc for monsters under your level you won't hit them. Sorry. +, After bb, STATless classes will suffer. TOO much to be viable. That's without including the fact that good poted high level items are way harder to find. But meh, don't pay attention to me.

It's a common misconception that Level=Accuracy after the big bang. You still need accuracy and you need alot of it. It is easier to obtain accuracy after the big bang though. After level 160, you will need 225 accuracy for 100% hit. (625 for Pink Bean) Your accuracy is: 1.2*(Dex+Luk)+ Accuracy from equips+ Mastery. Keep in mind that maxed mastery gives 60 accuracy.

[/quote] actually they dont' need it like you say but the funded individuals will prefer it over accuracy due to the dex's role in our minimum range. priority is mobility, of course. that is definite. second is str due to its obvious part in our max-range. dex comes next because it gives a boost to our min-range, slightly to our max-range while the 0.8acc benefit. if given the choice, the only time we should resort to pure accuracy stats is due to funding issues or if we need a rediculous amount of accuracy, for example for grampa-boss in showa, or rgts in neocity. and for the bigbang issue... you still need accuracy as muchas you do today... there will still be a requisite amount of accuracy rquired to hit something at or below your level.

According to the Big Bang thread, you'll still need accuracy to hit monsters. Yes it is logically however accuracy equips will deflate as they won't play as much of a crucial role as they do now.

chickenpoodl Thats my Point people think they dont need accuracy because of BB and i believe there sadly mistaken . i honestly dont know about using Dex over Accuracy, because ive studied the formula for a quite awhile and i dont see the necessity of dex to effect my min range. i have a independent 154 Drk and i only use STR and when bossing Acc armor, but never dex but hey your lvl 200 maybe your right.

You will only need accuracy if the monster is higher level. Otherwise the accuracy from gear should be enough.

Shouldn't be much I bought 60 accuracy (potential but non scrolled) warrior bottoms. Also got 2% str 14 accuracy lvl 55 earrings (Not best but only thing with % str + some form of stat to gain accuracy) for 4m the bottoms were 100k for female and 200k for male.

umm wat do u mean accuracy equips are expensive?, just not long ago i bought a 32 accuracy cape for 1m which i use for HHing and training on newts

[/quote] for 99% of the people, definitely accuracy will be more than enough. the use of dex as an alternative is merely to squeeze out any range we can. this is pretty much only after you've already completed a +9 perf weapon, a difficult to improve on set of secondary attack gear and str gear. the potential system however has changed this a bit... we used to be able to get str and atk on a limited set of items which pushes us to find different avenues to extract as much range as we can, even resorting to paying a ton just for extra dex when we can. but with the potential system, the ability to pull any stat we want from any item scrollable, this longer is as important as it was before.
