any other spots for 5x->6x and 6x->7x? standing in 1 spot is incredibly boring and the lower assent map is such a pain to get too...

50-low60s is windraiders cross roads, the 60s-70s windraiders require movement and cycling (lower ascent) there are guides on how to train effectively there.. for that lvl range windraiders are by far the best exp

Windraiders was terrible for me. I did cpq2 and std till around 68. For 69 and 70 i did Voodoo hoodoo in haunted mansion. It always seems like i am 1 step behind everyone's training spots. No big though. The exp satisfied me.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdUskV1-KII 7X bowman's bread and butter until 80 I've gained 40% in 15 minutes on 1.5x, 110% in an hour on two 30min 2x. I'm getting ready for 4x this weekend...I'll be 80 by then. It's the best leveling method for a bowman.
