i killed alot of them with some rubbing alchohaul in a spray bottle thing but they are stil lhere what do i do will they kill me while im sleeping they will atk me and infest my ears and nose while im sleeping its scary please help

Do you have any rotten food or milk in your room? That could be the problem. Or if you have a vent in your room. They used to come up through the basement. Ants aren't going to kill you. The only ones that will bite you are fire ants.
