Need a new video card

Well I just got a rig from my cousin who doesn't need it anymore. It's a bit old, and I want to upgrade the graphics card. Specs: Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz Single-Core CPU 4GB DDR2 667 MHz Memory (Upgraded) 250GB Desktop HDD Samsung NVIDIA GeForce 8300Gs Graphics Card I got this computer for FREE, that is why I am keeping it and upgrading, Etc. So I want to know what graphics card should I get? Currently has a 450Watt Power supply if that helps. Thanks Btw I am willing to buy either ATI or NViDIA, Im not a fanboy

A 4670/9600GT is a good card. Anything higher might produce CPU bottlenecks.

Exactly..! Check the motherboard BEFORE buying anything- older tech like that may not (and in this case from what Quan said, doesn't) have the correct slots to take the absolute newest video cards.
