Killing with a Miss?

So I have a friend (A warrior, obviously) who was killing some WR's. Not enough accuracy to do it really effectively. But, just messing around with me. Moral of the story is: One of his "Miss" hits killed the Wind Raider. We're both rather interested in this. Quick! Differential Diagnosis on killing with a miss: Go~

My Characters: Arnimon - 82 Khaini Ranger

It's been happening for a while now. Some people get a miss when they actually hit and sometimes, they hit like 10 but they actually hit MUCH more. The damage isn't showing up properly :/

The damage is REALLY annoying right now... it's almost like the servers aren't correlating the correct damage to your attacks. I've hit 1400 on a critical on my hunter and it failed to kill a zombie mushroom.

this happens alot to me. mages usually, when they miss for me -if they do- it still hurts the enemy. i could go to mp3 much earlier because of this. for some reason, the damage that reads isnt actually what is done. the numbers and misses are all off.

My spearman can hit 1k, it also hits 1's, weird....

Do u guys also get it with wearing the Critical rings? iono it started happening to me after that.

I'm thinking the displayed damage, including the miss notice, is glitched. Including the damage mobs do to you. Personally I have about 9855HP on my Hero, and with Full Health Big Foot killed me with 9500 damage.
