Did nexon scam me?

Well a few days ago i charged 2 10k nx via paymate i did the first payment then the second 10 seconds after. i got my first lot of 10k nx like 2 days ago, and i still havent gotten my second half... did they just take my money? EDIT: WTF i submitted a ticket and now it says "Auto Closed"

You guys are dumb as hell. When you threat to sue nexon, they most likely make a folder named jokes, and put all the mails/tickets inside, to then do a meeting and gave good time laughing at you guys. Do you think Nexon is afraid that you sue them for a card worth 10 dollars, when the court process will cost like 100x or more including lawyers. And they realise that most of the tickets are sent by kids like you who didn't got what they wantes so they resort to threats. Nexon is a business, you don't threath them you deal with them. Send a well elaborated ticket, about your situation, and not a ticket that says OMGZ YOU STOLE MAH MONEY! I WANT MY 10 KNX, NEXON SCAMERSS BAN BAN BAN !111!1eleven!. And check the nexon foruns, there might be more people in your situation, or they might have made an anouncement already about the problem and who they are going to refund, if your not there, just inform them about what hapenned to you. and like someone said, try to put in the code again

They already charged me for it. i have it on a bill.

If you have your transaction ID given when you made the transaction and are willing to wait, 2 months+ you'll get your NX. Send them a well written ticket, using grammar and not like the person said before, include all information you think maybe needed (Transaction ID, Your Name, Your E-Mail) Etc. Good luck.~

I had the same problem with my 25k NX cards and got a personal response from them :> And they maded my NX card work.

you know you could always sue them for all the harassment issues, fraudulent charges, and make it an open case, that anyone affected can join (like some medical lawsuits), and get like, partial ownership of the company... they'd definitely want to settle out of court, especially if any significant drama was involved, that could significantly lower their profits. If you make a big deal publicly that nexon is essentially scamming people out of their money by selling non-functional product, enough that it might harm their profits, they WILL pay attention. granted you'd be on their bad list, you'd at least get a response, and possibly some resolution. or at a minimum they'd pay you to shut up. how much do you think your silence is worth?

Contact paymate. They will solve the issue (takes a week or two..). I had the same problem but got my NX back.

I'm loving all these "sue Nexon" things. You think they care? They're a big company. They'll just counter-sue you or something. Never go up against a big company. They have more money. They can get better lawyers. They will win.
