Which do you favor more? If you've mutual feelings for both, then which do you find more addicting? And why? I'm almost as active in Chat Island as I once was in my guild during the time I was still active in MS. I enjoyed the gameplay in MS mostly b/c of merchanting/quests/my guild/omok. But, I'll have to say that I'm more addicted to Basil LOL. I quit MS over a year and a half ago, but I've once again become a participant of the Basil forums... I've no incentive to rejoin MS since all my characters were hacked after I quit hahaha, so I'm safe in those regards. What about you?

I just enjoy the supplementary services offered by basil, whether it be the screens or the forums.

umm well the chat island part of basil culd doesnt have to be on basil, it culd be any random forum, since it has like no relation to maple

But I'm already familiar w/ the basil community (and I don't want to scavenge for other forum sites), so I stuck with basil. It's the only internet forum I'm a part of.

I feel illiterate after reading your posts. Anyways, i'd have to go with Basil. MapleStory is starting to die out for me. To be honest, i spend more time on Basil then MapleStory just because of Chat Island. It makes my day compared to MapleStory.

Though I have to admit, the trolls in basil are almost as bad as the random defamers in MS xD. Luckily the former is easier to deal with than is the latter (thanks to mods and the report system).

Chaud Well the first time I went there, the first thread I saw was some teenage kid depressed because she was too fat and her mom was ridiculing her. So she was asking for advice on how to loose height. Now after seeing this I would assume a wave of trolls would eat her alive, yet I saw a lot of comments supporting her and understanding her situation... That's also when I lost faith in having a laugh with the sorry excuse you guys call trolls, but that's another subject.
