That changed the percentage rate of scrolls. For example, you bought a 100% (blue) scroll, and this scroll could change it into either a 10% (yellow), 30% (violet), 50% (pink), 60% (red), 70% (grey) or 100% (white) of that scroll? Or perhaps a scroll that was a random effect, that could give the effects of any of the scrolls from 10% to 100%? As in you use it and you could get the 50% scroll stats, but you could just as easily get the 100% (blue scroll) stats?

i don't get it. and how did you come up with 100% white scrolls that give a random effect? who in the world would want that. edit: read it over again. you're just going to make people dumber. stop with the "what if?s". what's the point?

I actually understand what he means..And the answer is no.. There's always the chaos scroll..60% chances of working, if it works, it gives random stats to your item. EDIT: Stats can go up, OR down.

Anyways, people would just go for regular scrolls, since I"m assuming these scrolls would cost a LOT. The only bad "transformations" would be 10%s and 70%s, which means 3/5 of the time, you'll profit by a lot, which would in return raise the price so much that it would just be more efficient to just buy the regular scrolls themselves, unless theres no 100%/50% of a certain scroll (ie overall luk 50%). Overall, that would be an interesting idea...a scroll of a scroll xP.
