What about bad experiences? Or experiences that teach a lesson that is just objectively wrong? Or an outdated experience? A man who grew up in the 1940's could not say that experience prepared him for any of today's technology. Every elderly person who casually slings around racial slurs is a testament to this. They have experience, to be sure, but it was nothing in the face of an ever changing world.
