Now a days, no one have vega 60% so then it would be less in value cause 60% is harder to scroll than 90%.

I'll pay pure mesos and might pay more just for the SCG >:O ^^ above Vega 60% would make it easier to scroll it but then with the chances of failing 6 out of 10 chances can lower the chance of it becoming 19 att SCG.

It'd actually be priced same or a bit more as a 17 attack hammered. You can easily get it to 17 attack, and then there's also a chance to get it to 19. Someone would buy this to attempt to get it to 19, if they get it to 17 then they just paid a little bit more for 17 attack..
