Eating your own feces potentially involves risk, as the bowel bacteria and eggs of parasitic worms aren't safe to digest. Eating others' poop also gives the chance of Hepatitis. So don't do it.

Yes you are able to die. Feces contain many bacterias, including E.Coli, which can poison and kill you.

Poop contains lots of fibre/cellulose, which is great for your digestive track. Its basically delicious smelling brown veggies.

Hmmm.... other then the E. coli , the other bacteria, and the parasites/parasite eggs in your poop, there isn't too much bad about it. I would stick with yogurt or Yakalt if I were you.
