can't add a new player

i can't add a new player to my basil account, and my old one got deleted. i searched this problem in the basil search bar and a few other people seemed to have the same problem, but i couldn't find a solution. is there anything i can do to fix this? i don't think it's my browser since i've tried using different ones, and i don't think im being punished or anything since i rarely ever post.
