Stupidest idea ever. Ik. But if it Microsoft and Sony did make a collaborative effort in order to defeat the evil forces of nintendo, what features (hardware and software) would they want to keep or do away with to make the best console? 1. I personally like that the 360's controller has an actual "trigger button" instead of a bumper. 2. Free online playability never hurt anyone. 3. Sony's software would keep from having to keep up with like four discs for games like FFXIII. (360: 4, PS3: 1) Stuff like that.

[/quote] That's not cause of software; that's because FFXIII on the PS3 is on a blu-ray disc, which can hold up to ~30-40 GB iirc. The 360 only has a dvd drive and hence will only have ~9.8 GB per disc. If the 360 had a Blu-ray drive instead of a DVD drive then they could do the same thing easy.
