Which energy drink is better and why? AMP or Monster?

Amp, imo. Better taste, less bloating and gas (not necessarily meaning flatulence, but like stomach gas). Several of my friends got bloating from Monster unless we were doing some sort of intensive physical activity, and one of my friends had it really bad. All of these friends tried Amp, in fact they recommended it to me. I rarely drink energy drinks, but when I do, I choose Amp.
