Complaint about Wizet.

Last month I charged a 150$ of NX Nice user aren't I ? Now, this month I tryed to charge 10$ , wich was succesfully billed. I have recieved both emails, of paypal and Wizet telling me the charge was a succes. Yet it doesn't show my NX, it's not on my transaction list. I took the time to wait a week , in this week ive send 4 Different emails, and haven't gotten a single reply too. they have one more week before I file a complaint trough paypal.

ok couple of things..... did you check on paypal that it says "completed" next to the transaction? some payments take a while to actually go through but paypal will take your money automaticly, NX might not have gotten it yet. and when you say limit, is it a limit on NXcash or a limit on paypal? paypal has a limit on it too

LOL I don't like Wizet for PayPal - they should create their own billing system, PayPal is unsafe serivce and doesn't accept Maestro card for example. That's my thoughts,

Their cus. service is very efficiant if you know when and /how/ to email them xD It works better if you email during work hours, and you send the email twice.I got my pin back after me was hacked after deh patch ^^ ~Reply to Guruji

wow 150 dollars in one month dude u are addicated i have put 110 dollars put 30k more nx cash on yesterday i thought i had spent alot
