| Ok so recently I was refunded 20$ to my paypal account for illegal transactions.. apparently. And uh, I owe nexon 20$ worth of prepaid NX . And I need to know if anyone has ever gone through this process so I can get my account back. Heres what they sent me, @Greetings, Thank you for contacting Nexon America�s Billing Department. Our records show that your account was banned due to the fact that 2 BilltoMobile transactions were refunded back to you. The ban on your account will remain until the funds are paid back. Here are the transaction ids: 20100723031046 �$15.00 20100721035950 �$5.00 The total amount owed is $20.00 dollars. To payback the funds, you will need to purchase $20.00 dollars worth of NX Prepaid Cards or use PaybyCash. Once you have purchased the required amount, reply to this email so that we can verify it and give you further instructions as to how to bring your account into good standing. --Nexon America Billing Department Anyone know what happens after I email them 20$ Prepaid NX, cause thats what I just did. |

| No it isn't a scam, because the officia site, http://maplestory.nexon.net/ gave me the email and , it refunded to my paypal account the money from that email, so I know it isn't. |

They refunded my 20$ to me, but they expect me to pay them in NX cash because the payments didn't go through correctly, and I used up the NX , it wasn't their fault, it was the billing procedure IIRC. |
