does the big bang give a character slot?

every other new character we got we got a new spot. will we get one when the resistance comes out? i doubt it will be 2 or 3, probably 1. (which means you'll have to hang onto it for a mech if you want one) but i'm wondering should get ready to chunk a mule to make room or can i keep it?

well that's kinda good i guess. i get in the habbit of working on too many characters at once. i got 5 spots. 2 are cygnus working on ultimate adventurers. so that would be 4. and i could just send my mule out to pasture. 5 isn't too bad to get distracted with lol.
