Have YOU found a Steely?

For all those who DID find a Steely, amazing, but I'd like to know how long it took for you (in hours) if possible it took you.. because it was weird for me because I found in 3minutes and I'm not sure that's such an accurate rate T_T. So if you HAVE found one, how long did it take you and for the ones who HAVEN'T found, how long have you been searching? That's all =)

I haven't really found one, but my friend was killing for 2 weeks before he got his first set. o.o

I've been training on red drakes for about 9 levels (48-57) and I have yet to find one. My friends been training even longer (50-71) and he hasnt found yet either. Another of my friends though found 3 in 1 day so its all luck

newmage85 has it right if u r TRULY destined to get an idea if the randomness is ur luck then u will only need one or a few kills for your desired item i shouldnt take weeks and weeks

this is kinda off topic but ive read sumwhere its easier to get a tobi from grupins than it is to get a steely is that tru? u can find like 4 tobis in a day at grupins...or so ive heard

When I read your post I went, Oh My God did I post this while I was in a dream-like state? Was it me who subconciously posted this? So far I think the rest of the people are correct. It is almost impossible to get Steelies. From what I have heard, they drop only once a week on that one map, for that one person. So, training there for 9 levels still does not ensure one of getting Steelies. However, as I said, I thought it was me posting because I myself just got one Friday, and it dropped after a few minutes of Red Drake Hunting. Congrats to you (and me) =D

heres how you get a steely: before you fight, rub you monitors screen 3 times clockwise then 5 times anti-clockwise, take apart the case and scratch your back with it. then press F1 1 time, F3 5 times and F10 8 times. attack the fire drake and you will get a steely... maybe -_- just face it... people have luck, some dont (no not LUK)

My friend has Been training at Fire Drakes all day from levels 60-75 [Ice/Lit Mage] and Has not found one set. Although, He had seen several Steelies Drop nearby.

One of my guild members, a level 66 I/L Wizard who trains on red drakes says she finds a set everyone 2-3 days on average.
