| I actually don't know if this will work for Vista, but it works 100% of the time for Windows 7. What I'm about to show you will not only make MS look like totally chicken crap, but it will also prevent you from DCing from boss runs. 1. Make sure MapleStory is closed. 2. Go into Control Panel, this can be accessed in "My Computer" or the start-up menu. 3. In the search bar type in "appearance", in the results look for something along the lines of "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows" 4. Click it, and a box should pop up looking like this: Performance Options 5. Now tick off the "Adjust for Best Performance" option, and click apply. 6. Everything should turn into utter crap, but hey, it will totally help with dcing at bosses. PS: It is advised you still change graphics at Zakum, just in case. |

| My friend uses this method: 1) Before you go in to a boss (such as zakum), have your maple graphics quality all the way down to lowest. 2) When you get in before summoned, turn quality all the way up. 3) After each body is killed (Arms, 3rd Body, 2nd Body, 1st Body), Drag quality down by 1. Hope this works =P |
