Is it possible to get HB on the lvl70 pants, or do I have to upgrade more?

Well I got pretty lucky then. I bought it at lvl20 for 15mil, then upgraded to lvl30 on first try. Then I gave it to my friend to upgrade again and it became lvl70. All within 20 minutes.

Yeah i would also like to know on how to upgrade them and is there a chance of failure that destroys the pants?

The dude takes away the pants, they don't explode. I sold a pair of level 20 pants for 100m in Deme :].

I bought a lv 20 pants for 100m >.> 1st upgrade -> Lv 30 2nd upgrade -> Lv 30 3rd upgrade -> Lv 90 :D Adv potential passed 6 cubes epic 7 cubes unique 1 cube hb

To upgrade Stirgeman's pants, you need to talk to him with the necessary materials, including the pant itself. It's almost like upgrading crystals using the maker skill. There's a chance that it will fail, and if so, it can also blow up. You can also get lucky and "skip" levels when upgrading like I did. Only one upgrade is allowed per day though, that's why I gave it to my friend to upgrade it the second time.

Well if it's Stirgeman's pants, it would only be logical to go to him to upgrade his own pants right? But yeah, you go to Stirgeman in NLC.
