Our teachers stupid and doing this random chapter that has nothing to do with chem but: "I observed that a long tube had a bright white glow" give at least 2 examples of why the tube had a bright white glow. propose a simple experiment that would help you decide which of your interpretations is most likely to be correct wHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IF AN EXPERIMENT IS CARRIED OUT WITH THE INTENTION OF PROVING THAT WHAT YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN DOES, IN FACT, HAPPEN WHATEVER YOU THROW OUT IN THE TRASH (looked up and it was all caps cuz i was reading from the worksheet my bad) you will need desperately within four days. assuming that this whimsical statement is true, is it stated as a hypothesis,theory or law

First one, either there's a chemical reaction happening in the tube or there's is an electrical source that makes it glow. To prove it, you'll need to examine the contents inside the tube. Second, it means you just proved your hypothesis correct. Third it is a hypothesis, because it can neither be a theory since there hasn't been numerous experiments on the phenomenon with the same result, nor can it be a law because the statement is not explaining anything, only describing something.
