My Account Got banned Permanently?

Hello I've been playing maple story for quite some time. I've charged nx and made abit of progress, now this account is completely legit and I'm not sure what happened....but apparently I have been blocked from Maple Story permanently for illicit promotion and advertising... Like what the hell happened? I have no idea what I have done that's remotely promoting or advertising, and even if I did so, I have checked the Term and conditions and this should be a 3 day account ban. Could anyone suggest what I may have done to have my account blocked?

Maybe it's a glitch. Log a ticket and wait a couple months. If you're lucky it must take less than 1 week :P I have sent a ticket and it has been like 2 months without answer. But other times they answered in like 3 days.

Tuff Luck, Send a ticket or Go on another acc, to see if your Maple is IP Banned, if you can access another acc, then you aint perm ban. Correct me if im wrong.

Or you can really take matters into your own hands. Log SEVERAL tickets. Find all ways to contact nexon. Maybe extensions/phone numbers you can call? They don't even have to be related to account banning, call one person, and they'll keep bumping you up from there. I suggest acting upon this immediately or otherwise you might slip through the cracks and they'll never release your account again. ORRRRR... play club penguin? O__0

If you got Keylogged sometimes they use your character to advertise their site... You were probably looking up maple hack sites =.=

I don't want to assume anything. You should be aware that there was an account or two that spammed smegas advertising for a meso buying site on Broa this weekend enough that I could see such a breaking of the rules result in a larger ban than 3 days. If your account some how became involved in this it could possibly have caused a ban. Just a theory, I'd log into a second account and try to find a friend that might have been on if you weren't on this weekend and see if anything funny was going on with your charcters that they noticed.

I hacked on an account a long time ago. Every now and then, I would log a ticket asking for forgiveness until one day i got a response saying that they would completely deactivate my account, and now I cant use it at all. Its gone forever. I'd still log a ticket if i were you.

Yes, I did log and no, I was not involved any any advertisement like that. If a hack required me to fill out my Account details it's obviously a key logger/scam it's pretty obvious not even hacker would attend to those sites. So why would I myself? But the description of the block is illicit advertising or promotion nothing about hacking.....
