Guide to hidden potential?

| Hello, I was wondering if anyone has made any type of a guide to hidden potentials. Like what are all the items that give hb or haste or good potentials. Yes, i know that those lv 90 stirgeman pants give hb, but my character is female so i am unable to equip those, so are there any unisex equips give this. I've also heard something about lv 120 reverse gloves giving good potentials, what type of potentials do they give? Ty if you choose to help um, i really kinda need some answers D= |

| I think its based more on lvl whether or not u can get the skills. |
