I met the requirements, and was never on the winners list. they made a mistake. i showed them the rules in the work order that even though it said "chance" it said "you can't lose" and that i wanted what i earned. I just got my email today. So if you meet the "having a character made before X date and being logged in with that maple character at Y time" requirements, level up from 1 to 4 in pop tag, and read the rules and you meet them all. submit a work ticket with nexon. i had proof of my character existed and i used it because i used survey nx to buy a shop.

i'm 30. they said 2 weeks and alot of people got theirs last week. if you have been reading the forums, alot of people havcen't gotten theirs yet. and they never said they'd go past 3 weeks. so yeah. i wasted time on that game, and as a paying customer, i want what they promised me.

How does age even play into this? It's been 3 weeks or more for him and he hasn't gotten it. He wants help why not make a thread about it?
