| if you accepted a lightbulb quest at level 63, then its all good. just go to ellin forest (helios tower 101 floor in ludi) and you should be able to do the quests |

| go to ellin forest go to helios tower in ludibrium and go up and go through the time machine the quests should show up if they don't report a glitch to nexon and wait maybe a year or so |
