I was wondering, which PQs do you need to do for the bing medals? I'm 121 and don't have a huge choice on which ones to do... So can you do PYPQ for it? And also, when does the bing suit upgrade? Mine is +7 and still only a bing suit...

You do the quests on a daily basis then wynns quests gives you I believe 200 a day or something like that

If you go into the OSSS base its the first portal same room as bass

Lower levels like on my 58bandit only get 17 medals per quest. Thats why I just completely gave up on the quests for my bandit at the 5th upgrade because even if i kept going, i would only get 1 upgrade per day and by the end of the event, thats not enough to fully upgrade anything.

MrMission You guys have a different amount of upgrades required it all depends on the levels

liller1775 If you talk to Wynn she should give you 4 quests and she'll tell you you have to turn them in all at once when your done you can do these quests 3 times a day

However what I forgot to mention was that lower levels need less to upgrade from bing -> visitor. My heros Armour needed 10 upgrades on all pieces because im level 100+ however my bandits at lvl 58 only needed 3 on each piece. Either way if you plan to get them on a level 60 character or a level 120 character, it will take you 1 or 2 days before you have enough upgrades to pq.
