Best Place to Gach for Chairs?

I've gached around 60 ~ 70 times now, and I haven't got any chairs to show for it. That's all I want. So I'm thinking I'm doing it at the wrong place, because I normally go to NLC or Mush Shrine. So, where did you get your chairs?
