How do HB pants work?

So i really want some Hb pants....Soooo if u get them and get the skill is it yours forever? Even with out pants? if soo does anyone have them in glacia

HB pants to buy are about 1.5b + according to what i've seen so far. Reliable rentals are about 100 + 1.5B+ in collateral. And yes you can keep the skill without pants. You just have to put it on your keyboard setting and then exchange the pants with your normal ones.

What I think that happens is that after you place the pants on your characters body you can drag the skill onto a hot key. you can then remove the pants and keep the skill on that hotkey, I don't know what happens if you relog and such though.
