So back in May, some of my really good maple-friends lent me some gear which was worth probably 3b if not more. Being the greedy noob I am, I took it. What is strange though, is it is not in my nature to steal, not at all. So I even surprised myself. Any other MMO that I have played, friends lend me stuff all the time, and I never have any intention of stealing it, even accounts which are way better than mine. There is something about MapleStory though that made me steal it. For some reason MapleStory is just... different than all other MMO's. I'm not sure what it is, but it is the only game where I am a "damage hoar" which is the reason why I took the gear. I would break it down with full detail, but that is another long, long story which I have already posted on Basil. Anyways, I am talking to the friends again, after a long hatred towards each other. My old guild leader, who I was with for the past 3 years, now hates me, and says he will "always be disappointed" so I am pretty screwed there. The friends who I took from told me they forgive me somewhat, but will forgive me fully if I return the lost funds. They said it would probably fix my relationship with my guild leader too. The thing is, is that I now hate this game. I hate my NX Addiction, Nexon, the community... all of it. I don't want to repay them, because that would mean spending even more money on NX (I have already spent close to 900 dollars total) I can't return the items, because I already sold them, along with all my equips to buy random NX things I don't need. And I guess I got carried away and now I am completely broke on Maple. That is how good I am at managing NX, lol... Anyways, so I decided to quit the game altogether. I just deleted my NL, priest, and gave this ranger away. So really it is like I don't even play MapleStory anymore. Do you think I should just walk away, and forget all about this game, or do something different about the situation? thanks.

But I just made a new one, if there was a way to block this website (besides editing the system32 files) I would. The reason I can't edit the system32 files is cuz I know how to unblock the website too. So it wouldn't do any good.

I installed a tool for firefox to block websites but I can just disable it. And I edited the hosts file in my computer to block basil, but I can unblock it just as easily.

If you have AntiVirus you can put Basil as a trojan/keylogger/shock site and it won't let you go there. MW2 got me unhooked from Maple really fast :p
