Why is my keyboard sticky?

I've been noticing for a while that my keyboard has been getting sticky. Everytime I click a key its hard to press and is like kinda sticky. My brother and I are the only one that use this computer. I asked my brother if he knew what was wrong with it but he didn't know anything. How do I fix my keyboard?

That has been happening with my sister's laptop. I think it might just be dirt or something inside...or it just happens I guess. Might need to replace the keys to fix them =/ I'd take it off and see if there's anything blocking it but then I might not be able to put it back so...

Maybe he spilt a drink on there or theres like dirt and stuff underneath. Regular occurance for a keyboard if you eat near it.
