As the title says, is it true that in the new KMST the level cap was increased to 240?

no its now blessing counts every 5 levels for cygnus so it maxes at 24 if u have a 120 cygnus if using regular char it maxes at 20

[/quote] No, it's like this. All characters BESIDES Cygnus Knights will give 20 BoF at level 200. But Cygnus Knights, instead of giving 1 BoF every 10 levels like currently, will give 1 BoF every 5 levels.
