So does Combat Order adds 2 skill points to 3rd job and 4th job skills or only 4th job. Also, can Combat Order still adds 2 points to maxed skills?
My Characters: SaxxyKnight - 117 Scania White Knight

Combat Orders adds 2 points to every skill 1st-4th job, but it only brings 4th job skills above the max level.
