How do I get rid of acne?

Hi everyone, I have school next monday and I want to get rid of my acne in about a week could someone please tell my things to do to treat my acne. Thanks! Edit: It's Mild Acne Edit2: So far so good my face is clearing up a bit anymore suggestions?

unless you dont get alot of tiny ones, or a couple big ones, or if it doesnt cover your whole face dont worry about it

use a zeno. it's expensive, but i've heard from others that it works. or use a spot treatment. then, wash your face once a day with a basic cleanser, eat healthy, and drink a lot of water! faster: use foundation and concealer. remove after you get home with makeup remover.

Clean your face regularly with bar soap. When you feel that your face seems "Oily" clean it. Try not to touch or scratch the acne or it may spread.

Do nothing. It's normal to have acne and some products will actually make your skin worse. Anyway, I don't think anyone would care if you had acne or not. So just try not to make a big deal out of it. :x

Cheap way: Wash your face with warm water and soap. Don't rub.

umm. you can always use Neutrogena to wash your face daily. It helps. I mostly just use clearasil to get rid of acne. Usually goes away after a few days. Don't scratch/pull off/pop your pimples Ever. It'll leave marks that won't go away for a long time.. To prevent acne - just wash your face often.
