How do you get the Bing Suit?

Yeah, so I talk to him to get in and he says, This is a Dangerous Place, you cant eneter. etc.. So how do u get it? I wanna train on aliens since Im lv27

Finish his quests till the time machine is ready ( usually about 2 days or so ) and then finish the time machine quest. Easy =)

Wait, I was gone for vacation for Stage 1, and Im doing the quests where u r building one. After I build one, can I get the suit?

Stage 1 is assembling the time machine. You get the suit after completing the JQ and retrieving the chrystanol fragment (Stage 2), just talk to Dr. Bing once you've completed and he'll give you one. Upgrades can be found in the door with the potion symbol above, after completing quests for oss medals which can be traded for upgrade cores.
