I'm a lvl 82 hermit and I have around 700m to leech to 120 plz list where I should leech from what lvl to what lvl flame shield activate

Should I leech at kents at 83 or stay t harps? Also I have a friend who could pg leech me at skeles for 20m an hour how much % percent would I gain an hour doing that?

Mainly i hear late level 70's to early level 80's leech at harps

I can leech you :p Probly kents or TJs because I believe harps have aliens spawning which ruins the spawn.
