what is a good screen capture program that doesnt lag

so like i like to make video im and stuff. but i always lag when i turn it on. im currently using fraps but i can only record 30 sec at a at a time and i wanted to record a full zakum run. FRAPS also lags me a little bit and i dc at zakum when i turn it on. what is a good program that doesnt d/c and that is free and something that i can use to record the full thing and something that doesnt lag. thx :D

hypercam 2 only works when you have it in window mode I have some vids up on youtube just look up Newbsquad

if they don't lag then the vids won't be in good quality :S

I know you said fraps makes you lag but its the best one out. maybe try lowering setting (resolution and Frame rate)

You could find a torrent for fraps like I did.

GameCam works best for me, way more customizable than Fraps and even has a smart record that records the best quality it can with minimal effects on game play/performance.
