I recommend you GMS. No proxy or anything is needed

I live in australia, most people usually go to GMS. I would suggest GMS aswell. =D

No, you can play MSEA as well, but i heard somewhere that you may got problem with buying game card. And btw, GMS now is the most catching up with KMS

You can theoretically play any version.. with proxies and whatnot. If you mean no proxies, i'm 1000% sure you can do kms.
