is 12 on blessing of the amazon or is 9 on focus better? and are crossbowmen better or are bowmen better? vote on either topic and post ur opinion on the other topic in the comment box

I did the 12 on Blessing of the Amazon because I like having a lot of skills maxed or close-to-max rather than a bit of points in every skill. (I sense a bit of O.C.D. here.) However, Archers do not need any more accuracy. (Their main stat is DEX, so they already get tons of passive accuracy.) Even Nexon in-game supports the 9 Focus. (Do you see those orange boxes outlining a skill?) You will want the avoidability later on, as Archers are not exactly the speediest class. So choose Focus . Now, Hunters or Crossbowmen. Nexon/Wizet did a pretty good job on balancing them. Hunters have more speed, but less power. Crossbowmen have more power, but less speed. It all balances out. However, if you really need someone else to choose something like this, then I choose the Hunter for you. Also, in the Bowman section of the Basil Market Forums, there is a lovely guide that pits Hunters to Crossbowmen in almost every possible category, whether it be playing style, damage, or aesthetic appearance. [/quote] Thank you for this tid-bit. I still am a bit confused. I know both Hunters and Crossbowmen get Booster. However, can you tell me where the below comes into play? as above said, focus is better, at leel 85 i have no problems with missing anything, but haveing other things hit misses on me is nice and also THERE IS NO BETTER BETWEEN HUNTER AND XBOW other then maybe 5 skills we are exactly the same aroow bomb-iron arrow -almost the same but bomb stuns and iron arrow is a little stronger BALANCED arrow rain - arrow explosion- literally the same skill but they have differant looks BALANCED consentrate - snipe - BM get overall stronger attacks, MM get one attack that blows everything away BALANCED pierce - hurricane - amazing 1v1 or amazing 1v6 still little to no differance - BALANCED frostprey - phoenix - one stunns(i think at least)and is a little bit stronger one freezes BALANCED these are the two most balanced classes in the game compared to each other, and one is not better then the other but if youre looking for personal reasons for hunter>xbow (or vice versa) heres mine -id very much like to boss before BB comes... -stun second job doesnt make leveling any faster but i have alot more fun with less money spent on pots, totally worth giving up 20% dmg in my mind -i quite frankly like not having to charge my skills (snipe/pierce) im one that goes for atk speed >all -the rea life reason, bowman used to be respected for their amazing skill back in the day, it used to take amazing skill to be a professionall archer, and they were swift efficient killers and the only ones who could kill like this from a distance and ive always respected that, crossbows on the otherhand were a cheap ripoff made to make anyone able to attack with great precision from a distance i never liked that they took an act of amazing skill and made it so anyone could use it, i feel the same way about guns (sairs ftl </3)

Further, bows and crossbows these days actually have very similar amounts of attack because of potentials, enhancements, and the maker skill. It's basically an arbitrary choice between BM or MM at this point. Hurricane is an excellent mobbing skill as is Pierce. DPM will be basically the same after the BB. Just go with whichever. You really won't see much of a difference. Also, do Focus. The avoid helps.

in the end i had max focus unless you want final attack. therefore choose focus because it puts up avoid and acc when blessing only puts up acc.

ok so i know now that focus is better but i still cant decide between xbowmen and bowmen =/ theyre so balanced out i cant decide T_T so both of these jobs have a mob attk? cuz i was thinking bowmen but atm my dmg isnt that good =.=
