Do we recieve them right away? Or do we have to quest/hunt/buy them from other people. Or is it some odd combination of both? Its kinda been bugging me since the information for the BB patch was disclosed, anyone know?

all skills are set to 0 as of bb. but the max level of the skills depend on the mastery books you have used. so if you passed gen/zerk 30. they skill's max level is still 30.

There will probably be Brave Slash mastery book. Which is a bad thing of course, because the prices for those will be in the billions when BB comes out.
