even a clean one would suffice... I was already 1hitting 100% of the time when balance patch arrived at lv147 with just a clean one and no potentials whatsoever. Though I'll be honest, ele wand 5s are drastically decreasing in value currently, you're better buying a ele wand 6 instead before they inflate extortionately.

I use an Elemental Wand 6 and I've been 100% one hitting skeles since level 142 I'd say listen to Emenia and buy a 6 before they massively inflate.. 5's are already pretty freaking expensive because of all the Evans.. 6 allows you to kill bosses more easily too. The 25% bonus damage with Paralyze really comes in handy.

A little off-topic, but about how much magic do you need to 100% 1hko Skeles with a Wand 6? I've got max Meteor and 1012 magic with my Staff 2 / MW 9 and I'm only hitting low 70ks right now. My bottom hits are still just under 60k.

The better scrolled ones can get really expensive. They're level 130, so I guess use it then? The stats don't matter too much, just get what you can afford.
