What's that quest that gave me about 500 OSSS medal?

Higher levels must scroll each equip 12 times before gettin a new suit as lower levels only need like 5. I got 1600 medals and my equips (after many quests) have only been scrolled 8-9 times each.. i still have the ugly alpha suit. Lower levels get cooler lookin suits, in my opinion they get the advantage |
