Winter holidays event, As far as i can remember, you collect around 20 of those, and you collect these candle holder thingies, A drop from some sort of stump, i think it was dark ones. The candle holder is pretty rare. The quest isn't really worth it. You get either Gelt Chocolates (untradeable) or some other food.
