so my dad found gay videos on my computer

so it was 10 am,I didn't sleep and I was bored so I thought : "let's try something new". after that I opened a gay forum on my Firefox explorer then I went to all of the threads opened them to a new tab and downloaded everything so I ended up with like 9 videos. then I watch one of them for about 10 sec and I gotta say I felt really sick then I closed it (I am straight but I was just exploring stuff out -male-). I was gonna delete them but the house's bell rang and I had to go open the door but it was just the guy who cleans the garden so I went back inside the house and I was so tired so I went to sleep. next day my dad was like : come to the room please and I was like F6? and he said : Can you show me some of the gay videos on your laptop?and I just froze on my place...how the hell did he know? I mean I was gonna delete them but at the mean time they were hidden inside 5 files and I didn't watch/download anything while he is awake and I closed the laptop also before sleeping. now he thinks I'm Gay and he doesn't let me use my laptop except when I am in a room with at least 1 person in it,checks all my chats and stuff and doesn't let me go out. What should I do?

I know what I did is suspicious but I am pretty sure that I was just exploring stuff and the video didn't turn me on.
