Lvl 80 Evan - Where to train

Where should a lvl 80 evan train? My magic is 6xx i think. I went amp first so i don't have firebreath. I have a ewand1 that is 2% magic and like 8 magic higher than my wisdom staff, making it about 20 stats better. Also, if you tell me to go red kents, should I just use my wisdom staff and use ice breath or use the ewand1 and use thrust?

Use a different wand, train at red kents using ice freeze. Do that until you feel you can move to blue kents or gallos. I went 67-90 at red kents.
