Lately i've been busy with college and not really active. I know that stage 2 started, and was wondering if any one knows how to get it, any information would be appreciated.

By finishing the event punk means finish stage 4, you only have to do each quest stage/part once to move on, but it is recommended to do it more for extra perks.
