Should I scroll With Uwana Cell or Urene Core?

I have no clue if the Uwana cell is worth it or what it does. Should I just do the LUK (Urene Core) one. If you can explain what it does I'd be thankful.

I used the Uwana Cell on my suit 20 times. It's at 50 slots now. :D

Acually, Uwana makes a 30 slot suit become 29(+1) I think its so you can use that then say a GFA on a glove and it counts as one of the 12 upgrades.
