Okay guys im in windia and i started the quests during the time it came out too early and i just forfeited it all and restarted it but still it isnt working any help from anybody? Wait the only problem is that i cant talk to rozz

It is for Windia. Maybe that's why. Windia got it early and there still might be bugs.
