How Do You Fix Flickering Maplestory?

When I Go Into Somewhere Highly Populated Such As Fm After A While Maplestory Will Start To Flicker And I Have To Go Ctrl+Alt+Del To Temp Stop It.. Is There Any Way To Fix That? I Have Win 7

Window mode fixes it for me I believe.

i quickly go into window mode...works for me
